background music

I dont know why I detest (this kind of) background music so much. It is meant to be relaxing and it makes me aggressive.
So if you are like me, dont buy this app.
Otherwise I cannot say much. The videos look good. They seem to assume that you know your poses and what to look for. So if you just need a well balanced flow of poses and dont mind the music ...
But for me I just cannot give it more than one star
